General Policies
  1. NO Food or Drinks in the auditorium ever, water is an exception.
  2. Switch the lights off at the end of each use.
  3. Switch the projector off at the end of each use.
  4. Do not under any circumstances modify any equipment or settings in the space.
  5. No Alcoholic beverages, tobacco, or vapor products in the Auditorium.
  6. Always schedule the auditorium at least two weeks in advance. Scheduled events always have priority. If no event is scheduled IT has priority to work on the space regardless of what is happening in the auditorium.
  7. Do not move the podium for your event. If you need it moved see the IT support office.
  8. Do not remove yellow and black cable covers from the floor.
  9. Observe the Carry In, Carry Out policy as written on screen.
