The opportunity to continuously build positive relationships with community members is key in supporting the education of our students. In order to do this, we encourage students and families to follow the communication flow chart below to see where the communication sequence will begin in regards to a problem or concern.
As our students are making the transition into young adulthood, we highly encourage them to practice the skills of advocating for themselves, yet we recognize questions may arise from parents and families as well. Oftentimes these questions can be successfully answered by communicating directly with the educator leading the class or program, and we encourage students and families to begin the process in that place.
The easiest way to communicate is via email, a phone call is the next preferable way, and then a face-to-face meeting when necessary.
