String Orchestra

This course is open to any student who plays a string instrument (violin, viola, cello or string bass). Students will play a wide variety of string orchestra literature as they develop and refine their technical and musical skills. Performances include school and community events throughout the year and attendance is required at all scheduled performances. Students must be a member of String Orchestra to audition for the Classical All State Orchestra.  Students are expected to have previous string instrument experience to participate in the ensemble.
