Creative Cooking

In this course, students will use existing culinary skills and knowledge in a real-world, creative outlet. Students will have the opportunity to make dishes from around the world, participate in Food Network-style competitions, and create food for creating events. Students will also learn about and demonstrate kitchen safety and sanitation skills, proper food storage and serving techniques, and menu planning.
