Students will learn the basic skills and techniques to catch a variety of fish species in NH. Units will include ice fishing, basic bass fishing, fly fishing for trout and various other techniques for panfish. Students will also learn to build their own custom spinning rods, tie flies and make lures for bass fishing. All units will have a major focus on safety, conservation and the rules and regulations for legal and sustainable fishing in NH waters.
